Catherine Loeffel– Head of Digitalisation and Operations

Catherine Loeffel (born 1976) has an impressive track record in digital transformation. She was responsible for a major project at Swiss Post, and was most recently a member of the Executive Board and Head of Market at health insurer KPT.

The 49-year-old from the Seeland region is a trained cellist, who orchestrates her professional ambitions to generate significant added value within the healthcare ecosystem.

Catherine Loeffel has been leading the newly created Digitalisation and Operations business area at V⁠i⁠s⁠a⁠n⁠a, and a member of the Executive Board since November 2021.

Customer expectations of products and services are growing rapidly, driven by constant advances in technology. Going forwards, companies will increasingly have to be able to personalise customer needs in real time and network with other companies – often in sectors outside their own.
