Franziska Grossen - Head of Legal and Compliance

Franziska Grossen (born 1970) has been working at V⁠i⁠s⁠a⁠n⁠a since 1997. From 1999 to 2006, she was in charge of the Corporate Legal department. In 2007, she became Head of Legal Services and Deputy Head of Legal and Compliance. She has been Head of Legal and Compliance since the end of 2018.

Franziska Grossen studied law at the University of Bern and was admitted to the bar when she graduated. She has also obtained a Master of Advanced European Studies (MAES) degree from the University of Basel.

Legal and Compliance comprises the Risk and Quality Management department, Legal Services and the Company Medical Service. All three share the task of providing an independent professional assessment of the enquiries submitted to them. My goal, which I share with my entire team, is to provide high-quality services at all times.
