As an insurance group with a long-term perspective, we are interested in stable and lasting real-estate investments. We attach great importance to well-maintained properties and, where possible and feasible, we strive to renovate and operate them in a sustainable manner.

Only a few sites, such as the V⁠i⁠s⁠a⁠n⁠a headquarters in Bern, are used for administrative purposes. Most properties are rented out as flats, office space or commercial space.
