Found a suitable job? Then apply online using our jobs portal. We will confirm receipt of your application as soon as you have submitted it.

Our HR recruitment partners will review your application and forward it to the responsible manager for assessment.

We will look at your qualifications, abilities and soft skills. If you’re right for Visana, we’ll invite you over so we can get to know each other.

In your first interview, you will find out more about us and the job you’ve applied for. We will find out more about you, the skills you have to offer and what you’re looking for in the job. If both sides are happy, we will invite you for a second interview. This will be our opportunity to find out more about you and your abilities.

Depending on the position you’ve applied for, we may invite you for an information day. That will give you an insight into everyday working life at Visana and a chance to meet your new team. A perfect opportunity to resolve any last questions and get a first impression of Visana and the people who work there.

You’ve impressed us. We make you a firm offer. You decide if the offer’s right for you and if you want to be part of Visana.

You decide to join us. We’re delighted you’ve chosen us. If you decide to join Visana, we will email you your contract within five working days.

Your first day at Visana has come. We’re delighted to welcome you to our team. To make sure you soon feel at home with us, our “welcome day” will give you an initial insight into our company. We wish you every success and enjoyment.

Frequently asked questions about the application process
Yes, spontaneous applications are always welcome. You can also submit spontaneous applications via our jobs portal.
Yes, if you’re interested in several different vacancies, you’re welcome to apply for them all.
We will keep your data for four months in accordance with the Data Protection Act. However, you can edit or delete your applicant profile yourself at any time in our jobs portal.

If you want to apply for a vacancy at Visana, it would be a good idea to have the following ready:
- CV
- Motivation letter
- References, diplomas and similar
Good advance preparation is key. Look in particular at the vacancy you are applying for and the section on Working for Visana. Make a note of questions or things that are unclear while you are preparing. There will be plenty of time to discuss these during the interview.
