Contract-related legal protection insurance for companies covers disputes up to a maximum insured sum of CHF 100,000. In the event of a claim, the policyholder pays a deductible of CHF 1,000. However, this deductible is waived if the advice and representation of interests is provided by Protekta’s legal professionals.

How contract-related legal protection insurance for companies works in the event of a claim

You report the insured event via the Protekta website, in an email to schaden@protekta.ch, or by phone on 0848 82 00 82.

A legal expert then conducts an evaluation.

In the event of a claim, we cover costs up to a maximum insured sum of CHF 100,000.
