  2. You will find all the required information specified on the physical salary declaration form that you received by post.

  3. Enter your company’s salary data, step by step. You are guided through the entire process online.

  4. Check your entries in the summary and approve the data for encrypted transmission.

  5. After successful submission, you are immediately sent confirmation for your files.

All the necessary contract information can be found on the physical salary declaration form, which we send to you by post. If you do not have this at hand, please contact our customer advisors.

The electronic salary declaration service is only available from November to March. For salary reporting outside this period, please use the physical salary declaration form that you received by post.

If you are unable to meet the deadline, please let us know in good time. Otherwise, salaries will be estimated and a surcharge applied. The contractual reporting obligation remains in force.
