With the SharePoint customer portal, you have centralised access to your benefit documents. The portal enables efficient paperless communication and gives you an overview of your documents anytime, anywhere – quickly, securely and easily.

Which documents are available via SharePoint?

You can obtain automated benefit documents from SharePoint. No incorporation of individual letters or other documents from the business customers department is planned for the time being. The following documents are uploaded to SharePoint:

    • Completion letters
    • Benefit statements
    • Letters of acceptance
    • Requests for patience
    • Benefit statements
    • Statements on reimbursement of costs covered
    • Letters of acceptance

How to use SharePoint

Access your benefit documents in just a few steps – easily, quickly and securely:

  1. Request your personal access via the online form.

    Fill in form now

  2. Once the information you provide has been checked, V⁠i⁠s⁠a⁠n⁠a sends your login details by email to your personal address. During the access activation process, V⁠i⁠s⁠a⁠n⁠a also sends you an invitation. In order to log in to SharePoint, you must accept this invitation.

  3. As soon as everything has been set up for you, you will receive a message from V⁠i⁠s⁠a⁠n⁠a with your personal link. Using this link, you can easily log in to the customer portal. Of
    course, access is protected by a password.

  4. Your benefit documents are arranged according to insurance type (DA, accident insurance, TUAI) and available for download. The search function helps you to quickly find what you need.

  5. Please save the documents in your own data storage system promptly. They are automatically deleted from the portal after about one year.

Important for you to know

  • SharePoint is used exclusively for one-way data exchange. V⁠i⁠s⁠a⁠n⁠a puts the documents in place and you can download them.
  • There is no provision for interaction or for the customer to upload documents.
  • Documents remain available on the platform for about one year. Please save them locally in good time.
  • A personal email address is required for logging in. General addresses like info@companyname.ch or addresses at private domains like @gmail.com, @hotmail.com or @bluewin.ch are not permitted.

Firstly, you should ask your in-house IT department to investigate the problem. If the measures taken do not resolve the issue, send your business consultant a precise description of the problem by email. It always helps if you explain what you were doing before the problem occurred and what result you were expecting. Also send a screenshot of the error message if possible, as this will be extremely helpful for investigating the problem.
