Visana Help is very easy to use: Employers inform the person in question about the Visana Help service and ask us to contact them directly. Email a description of the situation to visanahelp@visana.ch, so that we can send you the report form. Visana then conducts a comprehensive assessment interview with the person concerned, for further clarification. Our specialists discuss medical and legal aspects, as well as any potential care-related issues arising from the resulting assessment report, in a case conference. On that basis, they develop possible courses of action for the person concerned and arrange a specialist to take charge of implementation.

The Visana Help process

  1. Submission of request via report form

  2. Feedback sent to customer

  3. Interview with person concerned

  4. Development of possible courses of action and referral to specialists if necessary

  5. Report sent to person concerned
