Payment will be made to the account we hold on our records for the primary insured person. However, the amount will be transferred to the entire family.

Your payout will be transferred to the bank or postal account we hold on our records for you within one week.

Yes, Visana myPoints can expire. The points from the previous year must be paid out by the end of the current year, as entitlement expires after that.
