If your company has a Swissdec-certified payroll accounting system, you use the Swiss standardised procedure ELM for your salary reporting. If your company does not have this option, we offer an alternative digital solution: electronic salary declaration with Visana.
Simple, practical, secure
The electronic salary declaration is a simple online tool, structured in the same way as the declaration form that Visana sends you in the fourth quarter of every year. Naturally, you can still send us your declaration documents by post or email. If you are not yet using the ELM standardised salary reporting procedure, but are interested in that option, you will find further details in the box below.
The choice is yours
Visana assists you submit your salary data, via whichever channel you prefer. If you take the digital route, you are also opting for the security that state-of-the-art encryption technology provides. Which submission system is right for you? You will find the answer in the practical overview at visana.ch/electronic-salary-declaration.
